India Post Recruitment 2021: The Postal Department of India has sought applications for the positions of Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, and Multi Tasking Staff. Candidates who are eligible and interested can apply for the Punjab Postal Circle through the offline option on or before August 18, 2021, using Speed Post/ Registered Post only.

Salary for India Post Recruitment in 2021:

1. Assistant of the Postal Service, Sorting Assistant

Level 4 pay ranges from Rs 25500 to Rs 81100, including allowable allowances, as per the Pay Matrix provided in Part A of the schedule of the CCS (Revised Pay) Rules 2016. Under the Pre Revised Scale, (Rs 5200 - 20200 Pay Band-1) + Grade Pay Rs 2400/-


2. Multi-tasking Employees

Level 1 pay ranges from Rs 18000 to Rs 56900, including allowable allowances, as per the Pay Matrix provided in Part A of the schedule of the CCS (Revised Pay) Rules 2016. Under the Pre Revised Scale, (Rs 5200 - 20200 Pay Band-1) + Grade Pay Rs 1800/-

Eligibility Criteria for India Post Recruitment 2021:

Qualifications in Education:

Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant - Must have a 12th-grade diploma or equivalent from a recognised board or university.

Candidates will be needed to submit certificates of basic computer training from a recognised computer training organisation, such as the Central Government, State Governments, Universities, Boards, and so on.

Multi-Tasking Staff - Candidates must have received a 10th-grade diploma or equivalent from a recognised board or university. The candidate must have completed at least 10th grade in the local language.

Age Limit:

An applicant for the role of postal assistant and sorting assistant should be between the ages of 18 and 27.

An applicant for the multi-tasking position should be between the ages of 18 and 25.

(Government-mandated age relaxation for reserved category candidates)

Application fee for India Post recruitment in 2021:

Applicants must pay Rs 100 as an application fee by e-payment (using a challan form) at any computerised post office in India in the name of CPMG PUNJAB CIRCLE.
