Paytm plans to hire 20,000 field sales reps to help businesses understand digital adoption. While there has been no formal statement regarding the hiring, Paytm, a multinational digital payment system business has announced its Field Sales Executive (FSE) programme.

Remuneration:

Recruited field sales executives could make up to $35,000 per month in salary and commissions.

Educational Qualification for the Job:

  • The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
  • Anyone who has finished or is a graduate of Class 10 or Class 12.
  • The applicant must have an Android smartphone and submit an application through the Paytm App.
  • Preference will be given to those who possess a two-wheeler and have previous sales experience.
  • Applicants must also be fluent in the local language and have a thorough understanding of the area.

Task:

The FSE will promote Paytm's whole range of products, including Paytm all-in-one QR codes, Paytm all-in-one POS machines, Paytm soundbox, and other products throughout the company's ecosystem, such as wallet, UPI, Paytm Postpaid, and merchant loans.
