On Tuesday, Mumbai-based information technology giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) established a strategic relationship with SonyLIV, an Indian over-the-top (OTT) platform.
TCS, as a global leader in the technology sector, will assist SonyLIV in developing a business model that is both innovative and equipped with cutting-edge digital technologies, allowing the OTT platform's audience to have a better experience.
TCS collaborated with SonyLIV:
TCS and SonyLIV are both household names in their respective industries. The fact that these two groups have cooperated is undoubtedly beneficial to both of them.
TCS will allow the OTT platform to fully utilize its next-generation digital capabilities, as well as its worldwide skills and industry understanding, to reimagine SonyLIV's platform in India and other global markets.
TCS will also use its artificial intelligence and machine learning expertise to provide SonLIV subscribers with a tailored experience across all platforms.
According to TCS, it will also assist SonyLIV in using data and insights to commercialize content and generate new revenue sources.
TCS has announced the creation of a world-class Experience Design Center, where it will use its innovation laboratories to deploy its Location Independent Agile Model in order to accelerate innovation.
TCS will handle all of this in order to assist the OTT platform in introducing state-of-the-art and groundbreaking features to users ahead of the market.
According to the statement, the cooperation would allow SonyLIV to reimagine the customer experience and interaction, enhance its brand, establish a competitive distinction in the marketplace, and drive growth.
