New Features in iOS 15: iOS 15 Features, iOS 15 Upgrades:

The most recent version of iOS has a slew of new features and significant modifications, with privacy at the forefront. Take a look at all of the new features in iOS 15.

  • With the new version for group calls, the updated FaceTime is now available for Android and Windows for web. It will have a new Spatial audio feature, which will make calls seem "more natural, pleasant, and lifelike," as well as voice isolation to reduce background noise and a grid view.

  • FaceTime will now have portrait mode, which blurs the background on a call and allows other platforms to join the call via a FaceTime link.

  • SharePlay on iOS 15 will allow users to listen and view material on the same screen at the same time, allowing you to share the screen with others.

  • With the ‘Shared with You' option, the new SharePlay function will work with Apple Photos, Music, News, Safari, Podcasts, and Apple TV.

  • A new collage and stack for sharing images has been added to iMessage, as well as new embeds for playlists and Apple News stories.

  • With an automatic status update, the iMessage on iOS 15 notifies others that you have enabled DND (Do not disturb) mode.

  • With the Focus Mode, you may customise notifications based on priority. You may also set up work, personal, and other settings, as well as larger app icons for easier navigation.

  • The new iOS has the Live Text feature. Similar to Google Lens, you can now choose, copy, and paste text from photos on iOS 15.

  • All Siri requests will be processed exclusively on iPhone by default in iOS 15 for increased privacy.

  • Privacy Protection in the Mail app covers IP addresses and prevents senders from knowing whether an email has been opened.

  • iOS 15 features a redesigned notification panel with configurable notification control and an overview of all alerts.

  • App Privacy Report provides a summary of how applications use your data and what they have access to, such as your location, photographs, camera, microphone, and contacts.

  • The Maps app in iOS 15 has been overhauled with new AR instructions, a new navigation view, and more road details such as turn lanes, medians, and bus lanes. The Weather app has received a makeover as well, with new animations and full-screen capabilities.
