Air India has announced additional flights connecting Indian towns with Malé, Maldives, which is great news for passengers.
Via Mumbai, flights from Delhi to Malé are available.
Starting on July 28, the national carrier of India will operate flights from Delhi to Malé via Mumbai every Wednesday and Saturday.
Aside from that, commencing July 29, 2021, the airline will fly from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, to Malé every Monday and Thursday.
The Maldives reopened its borders to visitors from south Asian countries such as India, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka on July 15, 2021.
Flights to Kuala Lumpur on Air India:
In other news, Air India Express, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air India, has confirmed August 2021 flights between India and Kuala Lumpur.
The airline will primarily serve Indian cities such as Trichy, Kochi, Hyderabad, and Chennai, as well as Kuala Lumpur.

Qatar and India will have nonstop flights:
Air India, India's national carrier, has announced new non-stop flights between Qatar and India from August 1 to October 29, 2021, as part of the Central government's Vande Bharat Mission.
According to an update on Air India's official website, two new flights each week would be flown between India's Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Doha, Qatar.
According to Air India, “It will be the sole responsibility of the passengers to ensure his/her eligibility to enter the destination country. Air India will accept no liability in case boarding is denied due to not meeting the eligibility for travel,” on Twitter.
